Oxford United team up with The Cabling Company

There’s a familiar face working with Oxford United this season as our former Commercial Director David Jackson returns with his company The Cabling Company to sponsor the Player of the Month awards throughout the year.

The Cabling Company were Business Club Members last season and will also have a pitchside board in front of the east stand as well as sponsoring a game.

Many fans will remember David because he was in charge of the commercial side of the club for four and a half years including the 2010 promotion season and our return to the Football League. As he explains, his connection with the club goes back a lot further than that as well.

“I left on great terms to pursue other business projects and The Cabling Company has gone from strength to strength. We design, install and maintain Data Cabling and Wireless Networks systems for a huge range of businesses across the UK but we are Oxfordshire based (Witney) and it’s great to be able to work with Oxford United again.”
