In the winter of 2014/2015 Glazing Vision was finding that its old broadcast R1 network was unable to cope with the demands of a growing organisation. Increasing staff numbers, greater workload and greater demands on the network were causing slow and unsteady connections, and high numbers of support calls to the IT team.
